Scope and controller

The Site at https://phrixxenxak.world/ is operated by Phrixxenxak, Kalvebod Brygge 59, 1560 København V, Denmark. Contact: ask@phrixxenxak.world. The Site is published in Ireland English (lang="en") for readability; legal questions follow Danish and EU frameworks unless another law explicitly applies to you as a consumer.

By “cookies” we mean HTTP cookies, web storage APIs, and comparable techniques that read or write data on your device.

What cookies do in practice

Cookies help a website remember state between pages: for example, that you already chose cookie preferences, that your session is authenticated on an admin path, or that a form should not be double-submitted. They can be first-party (set by our domain) or third-party (set by an embedded service). Third-party cookies are increasingly restricted by browsers; where they fade, we rely on first-party storage and server-side aggregation.

We do not use cookies to run aggressive fingerprinting for advertising on this marketing site. If we deploy additional tools, this policy and the consent banner will name the vendor categories.

Strictly necessary

These technologies are required for core functionality and cannot be switched off through our banner without breaking features. Examples include:

  • Load-balancing or security cookies set by our host to route traffic safely.
  • A short-lived token proving that a form submission originated on our Site.
  • Preference storage that records that you have made a cookie choice, so we do not ask on every page view.

Under the ePrivacy Directive as transposed, strictly necessary storage does not require consent, though we still document it here for transparency.

Analytics

If you enable analytics, we or our analytics partner may set a pseudonymous identifier to count visits, referrers, approximate geography at city level, device category, and in-page interactions such as outbound link clicks. IP addresses may be truncated or masked before storage depending on configuration.

Analytics helps us prioritise content maintenance—for example, noticing that a legal page spikes on mobile and deserves shorter paragraphs. It is not used to make automated decisions about you as an individual visitor on this Site.

Typical maximum lifetimes for analytics cookies range from a few minutes for session cookies to thirteen or twenty-four months for persistent identifiers; we configure toward the shorter end where feasible.

Marketing

If you enable marketing, we may load tags that measure campaign performance, attribute a newsletter signup to an earlier visit, or cap how often a creative appears. We do not sell your data to random ad networks; any partner must be under contract for a defined purpose.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer, which reopens the same modal as the banner. Withdrawing consent stops new reads or writes for that category; some server-side aggregates may already exist and are governed by the privacy policy retention rules.

Local storage consent object

When you press Accept All, Reject, or Save preferences, the Site writes a JSON object to localStorage under a site-specific key. The object stores booleans for analytics and marketing, marks that a decision occurred, and may store a version number if we migrate formats. Clearing Site data in your browser removes this record and will cause the banner to appear again.

Because local storage is first-party, it is not automatically sent to our servers unless a future feature explicitly synchronises preferences; today the object is read only by our JavaScript to coordinate the UI.

Managing cookies in your browser

Beyond our banner, you can delete or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent the consent record from saving and could make the banner reappear frequently. Private or incognito modes typically discard storage at session end.

Industry opt-out pages exist for some advertising networks; they supplement but do not replace our consent controls. If you use a browser that blocks third-party cookies by default, some marketing tags may never fire, which aligns with a stricter choice without additional clicks.

Policy updates and questions

When we add a new category of cookies, change vendors, or materially alter lifetimes, we will update this policy and may reset consent banners for visitors who have not interacted recently, depending on regulatory guidance.
