Scope and definitions
This policy applies to purchases made directly with Phrixxenxak at Kalvebod Brygge 59, 1560 København V, Denmark, or through invoicing channels we operate. “Services” means facilitated sessions, workshops, and related preparation time. “Digital content” means files we deliver electronically, such as PDF guides or template packs.
If you purchased through a reseller or marketplace, their refund rules may apply first; we will honour whatever allocation they communicate to us.
Statutory withdrawal for distance contracts
Consumers in the European Union generally have a fourteen-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. Exceptions apply when you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins, or when digital content is supplied immediately with your consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal is unavailable.
We will present any pre-contract information and checkboxes required by consumer law before you complete checkout. If you are uncertain whether an exception applies, email us before paying.
Business purchasers without consumer status may not benefit from the same withdrawal rules; custom enterprise statements of work govern instead.
Live services, rescheduling, and weather
For scheduled sessions, you may cancel or request a new date according to the following default grid unless a signed quote states otherwise:
- More than forty-eight hours before start: full refund of any prepaid deposit or ability to reschedule once at no fee.
- Between twenty-four and forty-eight hours: fifty percent fee retained to cover held calendar time, remainder refunded or credited to a future date within ninety days.
- Less than twenty-four hours or no-show: full fee may be retained, except for emergencies we reasonably recognise.
If severe weather, power outage, or illness prevents delivery, we will propose the earliest mutually workable replacement slot. If we cannot deliver within thirty days and you are a consumer, you may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered session.
Digital goods and defective files
After a digital product is made available to you, refunds are generally not available unless the files are corrupted, incomplete compared to the described table of contents, or inaccessible due to our delivery error. Contact us within fourteen days of purchase with screenshots or checksum errors; we will repair, replace, or refund within a reasonable period.
If you simply changed your mind but already downloaded the files, consumer law may still grant withdrawal in some cases until performance begins—tell us promptly if that is your situation so we can assess jurisdiction-specific rules.
Bundles and partial consumption
When you buy a bundle containing both live time and digital assets, refunds are calculated component by component. Consumed portions are valued at their standalone list price where available; otherwise we use a fair percentage of the bundle price. Shipping of physical add-ons, if any, follows the return condition of unopened packaging within fourteen days, with you covering return postage unless the item is faulty.
Business customers and purchase orders
Entities purchasing on net-thirty or similar terms may negotiate cancellation windows in the master agreement. In the absence of special terms, the live service grid above applies. Late payment does not automatically cancel an engagement; we may pause work until accounts are current.
How to request a refund or credit
Email ask@phrixxenxak.world with your order reference, date of purchase, preferred outcome (refund, credit, replacement file), and any supporting detail. We acknowledge within five business days where practicable. Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless that channel is closed, in which case we propose a reasonable alternative.
Chargebacks should be a last resort; contact us first so we can correct genuine billing mistakes and preserve a constructive relationship.
